1. What is the Umiverse?

Welcome Diver to the Umiverse! The Umiverse is a gaming platform built by anime fans to bring you, the Diver the best experience combining anime, gaming, and collectable otaku culture all into one space!

We’ve designed it so it is easy and simple to use, however please do look through our Manual book if you have any questions! Or contact us on Discord directly.

2. How do I connect?

Connecting to the Umiverse is super simple! Click the “profile” icon on the top right and follow the instructions below to continue or register.

This will automatically log you in as a Diver or, give you a new Umiverse ID and a Umiverse Wallet address.

3. How do I dive in?

Diving in is as simple as one “click” just go to any game that you wish to enter and click “Dive In” this will take you straight into the game.

If you have not been logged in to our Umiverse platform yet, there will be a prompt for you to login.

4. What is the wallet? & purchasing items

The wallet, which can be accessed by pressing the “wallet” icon on the top right hand side will show you your current balance of either “cash” or “dive points”

Purchasing items can be done on the platform marketplace or in-game.

Simply click the item you are interested in purchasing and follow the simple steps to make payment via credit card or cryptocurrency.

Please follow the instructions above to use your credit card payment.

Unfortunately we cannot accept payments currently from a few countries (please see: https://support.moonpay.com/hc/en-gb/articles/6557330712721-What-are-our-non-supported-countries-states-and-territories-for-on-ramp-product-) but we will be adding more payment methods soon so please stay tuned!

5. What are Dive Points?

Dive Points is Umiverse's loyalty system available for all games. It's similar to the frequent flyer mileage system of the airline companies.

Each game on Umiverse can issue its own Dive Point with a unique name. Players can earn the points in the games based on rules defined by the game developers, e.g. clearing a certain stage, completing a certain task, etc.

The Dive Points of each game can be used in the Umiverse ecosystem, such as purchasing or redeeming in-game and physical items, voting for games and events. Also Umiverse will launch a platform point which can be used across the Umiverse ecosystem. The Dive Points of each game are convertible to the platform point, with a dynamic conversion rate.
